Jumpstart the Fit You is a dynamic fitness and nutrition program offered at Carlisle CrossFit.
Jumpstart the FIt You program is designed to cut through the diet confusion and give you cardio and strength based workouts. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 12:15 to 1:45 PM OR 630 to 8 PM for 5 weeks.
