Jumpstart the Fit You is a dynamic fitness and nutrition program offered at Carlisle CrossFit.

Jumpstart the FIt You program is designed to cut through the diet confusion and give you cardio and strength based workouts. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 12:15 to 1:45 PM OR 630 to 8 PM for 5 weeks.

Nutrition topics include:

  • Get DETOXED with hydration

  • POWER up your workout with Protein

  • BUILD balanced meals with macros.

  • SAVE time & money with meal planning

  • Make your GOALS A REALITY with meal prepping

Fitness classes include:

  • Fundamentals of fitness & weightlifting

  • Small group coaching & instruction

  • Strength & stamina building workouts

  • Cardio focused movements to get fit fast

  • Introduction to CrossFit
