Jumpstart the Fit You

Jumpstart the Fit You is a collaborative effort with Carlisle CrossFit. In 5 weeks you will build healthy nutrition and fitness habits to set you up for success. During the 2 classes per week on Mondays and Wednesdays, you will have a 45 minute nutrition education seminar and a 45 minute cardio and strength focused workout. Classes begin on Monday July 15 at 630 PM and run until Wednesday August 14.
