Join us for a group based program designed to help you kick the sugar habit and learn healthy eating habits. Weekly topics include :

Week 2: Your digestive check-in
Week 3: What sugar really does in your body
Week 4: The truth about FATS
Week 5: How to move forward and celebrate your success!

Each class meets on Mondays from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.

Jumpstart the Fit You

Jumpstart the Fit You is a collaborative effort with Carlisle CrossFit. In 5 weeks you will build healthy nutrition and fitness habits to set you up for success. During the 2 classes per week on Mondays and Wednesdays, you will have a 45 minute nutrition education seminar and a 45 minute cardio and strength focused workout. Classes begin on Monday July 15 at 630 PM and run until Wednesday August 14.
