Hi all! It was great to meet you all at the first nutrition talk of Get Moving. We discussed macronutrients, making a healthy plate, and drinks. There were some goal setting activities on the back of the handouts. The handouts are listed below with some other resources. I’ve also created a few recipe books for some simple meals. Let me know if you like any of them! I also have many blog articles about nutrition topics and many have recipes at the end. Check out my HealthyU Blog.
